1. Participate with purpose
Be authentic, respect consent and boundaries, protect private information, and contribute constructively. Context matters, including whether content is educational, documentary, scientific, artistic, or newsworthy, but context does not excuse exploitation or imminent harm. These Guidelines work together with our Terms of Service.
2. Safety, violence, and illegal activity
Do not:
- threaten, praise, coordinate, or encourage violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or credible physical harm;
- share instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, trafficking, exploitation, or evasion of law enforcement;
- promote dangerous challenges or content likely to cause serious injury;
- sell or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or other prohibited goods or services; or
- use Globamit to exploit a person, coerce labor, extort, blackmail, or facilitate human trafficking.
We may contact emergency services or relevant authorities when we reasonably believe there is an imminent risk or a legal obligation.
3. Child safety: zero tolerance for exploitation
Never upload, request, create, possess, link to, trade, or threaten to share CSAM—even to condemn it. Do not sexualize minors, seek sexual contact with them, ask for intimate imagery, expose them to sexual content, or arrange exploitative interactions. Apparent or synthetic imagery is covered when it depicts or sexualizes minors.
We remove this material, disable involved accounts, preserve information where legally required, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities. Do not download or reshare suspected CSAM to report it. Use the in-app report tools or email our child-safety contact at safety@globamit.com.
Globamit is not available to children under 13. Adults must not misrepresent their age to contact minors, and minors should not post home, school, routine, or real-time location information.
4. Harassment, hate, and personal dignity
Do not target people with repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment, degrading attacks, threats, stalking, coordinated abuse, malicious exposure of private information, or encouragement of self-harm. We prohibit content that attacks, dehumanizes, excludes, or calls for discrimination or violence based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, serious disease, or immigration status.
5. Sexual content and exploitation
Do not share pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving coercion, sexual services, or content intended to facilitate sexual exploitation. Never threaten to expose intimate material. Limited non-gratuitous nudity may be considered when clearly educational, documentary, medical, scientific, or artistic, but may still be restricted by age, visibility, or distribution.
6. Authenticity, scams, and platform integrity
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent credentials, forge verification evidence, or misuse a verification badge.
- Do not run phishing, advance-fee, investment, employment, romance, marketplace, or payment scams.
- Do not artificially inflate followers, engagement, ratings, reviews, or reputation; coordinate fake accounts; or use unauthorized bots.
- Do not spread materially deceptive media in a way likely to cause serious harm. Label synthetic or altered content where context requires it.
- Do not send spam, repetitive promotions, chain messages, or irrelevant bulk invitations.
7. Privacy, consent, and intellectual property
Do not expose private contact, financial, identity, health, location, or login information without permission. Obtain consent before recording or publishing private calls, conversations, or images where required. Do not access another account or device without authorization. Share only content you own or are allowed to use, and respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights.
8. Marketplace, collaborations, and skill swaps
Describe offers honestly, disclose material conditions, communicate respectfully, and deliver what you promise. Do not list prohibited or counterfeit items, manipulate reviews, request payment credentials in chat, move a transaction off-platform to evade safety controls, or use collaboration or skill-swap features to disguise employment exploitation or illegal services. Meet in public when possible and never pressure another user to share sensitive documents or money.
9. Messages, calls, and live sessions
Private spaces are not exempt from these rules. Respect a decline, block, mute, or request to stop contacting someone. Do not use calls, video, screen content, or live sessions for harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive sales, dangerous conduct, or unauthorized recording. Hosts and collaboration owners should use available controls to address disruption promptly.
10. Report, block, and protect yourself
Use the in-app menu on a user, post, message, listing, collaboration, or other supported surface to report a concern. Choose the closest reason and add relevant context without redistributing harmful content. Block an account to restrict contact and visibility. Reports are confidential to the extent practical, but we may disclose information when required for investigation, safety, or law.
For a safety concern that cannot be reported in-app, contact safety@globamit.com. Include your username, the reported username or content link, what happened, and approximate date. Never email passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials, or unlawful imagery.
11. How enforcement works
We consider severity, context, intent, harm, account history, and legal obligations. Actions may include a warning, reduced distribution, feature restriction, content or listing removal, transaction limits, verification removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, device or account restrictions, or referral to authorities. Severe conduct may result in immediate permanent action without a prior warning.
We use a combination of user reports, technical systems, service-provider signals, and human review. No moderation system is perfect, and the absence of immediate action does not mean content is allowed.
12. Appeals and updates
If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, use the appeal method included with the decision or email safety@globamit.com from the account email. Explain the decision and why it should be reconsidered. Abusive or repetitive appeals may be limited.
We may update these Guidelines as risks, laws, and the Services change. Material updates will be identified by a revised date.
