Everyday safety
A verified profile, review, message, or familiar-looking account can provide context, but it does not replace your judgment.
Pause or end any interaction that feels pressuring, deceptive, or unsafe. Use privacy controls, blocking, and reporting tools when available.
Never share your password, one-time verification code, recovery details, or full payment credentials—even with someone claiming to represent Globamit.
Review profiles, clarify the scope of work or exchange, confirm costs and ownership, and be cautious when someone tries to rush the decision.
Preserve usernames, links, dates, messages, and ordinary screenshots when safe. Never download, copy, or forward unlawful imagery to make a report.
Know what to report
The examples below are not exhaustive. Report conduct or content that may violate the Community Guidelines or place someone at risk.
Report targeted abuse, stalking, credible threats, coercion, or repeated unwanted contact. Block the account when doing so will not increase immediate risk.
Be cautious of payment pressure, fake job offers, requests for verification codes, off-platform urgency, or anyone misrepresenting their identity or affiliation.
Agree on price, scope, delivery, ownership, and payment terms before work begins. Do not proceed when an arrangement changes unexpectedly or feels deceptive.
Sexual exploitation or endangerment of a child is never permitted. Report suspected child-safety violations immediately without saving or forwarding illegal material.
Do not publish another person’s sensitive information without authorization. Limit what you share publicly and use privacy settings appropriate to your circumstances.
Globamit is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before submitting a platform report.
How to report
Never include passwords, verification codes, full payment details, government identification, or unlawful imagery in an ordinary email.
Leave the conversation or location, stop the exchange, and contact emergency services when immediate danger may exist.
Use the report control on the relevant account or supported content when available. Select the closest reason and add concise context.
Include the username, content link, what happened, and the approximate date. Send only information that is necessary and safe to share.
Block the account when appropriate, secure your account if credentials may be exposed, and do not continue engaging to collect more evidence.
Review and response
Globamit may review the reported content or conduct, relevant account activity, available context, and the seriousness or recurrence of the concern. Depending on the findings, action may include removing content, limiting features, issuing a warning, suspending or disabling an account, preserving information, or notifying appropriate authorities when required.
A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. To protect privacy, safety, and the integrity of reviews, Globamit may not be able to share every detail of an investigation or action.
Use the appeal method included with the decision or email from the address associated with your account. Identify the decision and explain briefly why it should be reconsidered.
